The BSc program in Business Administration major Accounting and Finance equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to build and grow in their careers by providing them with a strong theoretical and technical background, strengthen their interpersonal skills and nurture them in an ethical perspective for solving business problems.
The program targets students wishing to pursue professional career in Accounting while also preparing them for graduate study in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Business Management.
The program is also appropriate for graduates and professionals looking to enhance and update their quantitative and qualitative skills in financial analysis and cost management and expand their professional horizons either as tax and internal control consultants or financial managers in international or local corporations.

The courses in this program cover a wide range of topics, including accounting theory, financial reporting and analysis, cost management, taxation, auditing, corporate finance, and business planning. Upon graduation, students will possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting theory and practice. They will be ready to pursue advanced studies at the graduate level, work as accountants or controllers in accounting and finance departments, or become certified tax advisors and auditors.

The mission of the Accounting & Finance Society is to respond to the needs of the accounting and finance major/minor students. The Society’s main focus is to provide academic support to its members and serve as an informal link between the students and the Accounting and Finance Department.
The Accounting & Finance Society has a long tradition in organizing academic events, such as lectures, panel discussions, seminars and field trips. These events expand students’ horizons by linking the theoretical knowledge gained through coursework with the practical perspective offered by leading practitioners in business.
The Society also organizes fun events, like bake and memorabilia sales, to raise funds for various projects.

Practical anatomy and physiology of the moving body. Health & safety of the moving body, awareness of an individual's body schema, movement range and kinesthetic sense as a foundation to understand the expressive potential of kinetic form. Ethics of working "physically" with others.
The historical evolution, structure, content and aesthetics of the American musical. Its dramaturgical role within the musical form. Opportunity to learn and perform choreographies from landmark works of American Musical Theatre.
40 Credit Hours
Introduction to current approaches to generate and manipulate movement material and the experience of moving as a starting point for choreography. Exploration of solo forms. Variety of stimulus and sources to generate ideas for dance including visual, textual and aural stimuli. Current practitioners are studied as case studies.
Improvisation from an interdisciplinary perspective. Introduction to improvisation as a tool for collaborative cross-arts practice. Approaches to improvisation with reference to key practitioners (e.g. Cage, Fluxus, Klein, Judson Church, Gibson word-pieces). Students work toward the creation of short performance scores and presentations. Improvisation in non-theatre contexts.
