Student Visa

If you are a non-EU citizen or resident planning to study at ACG during the fall or spring semester, you must obtain a student visa. The process should begin 10-12 weeks before your semester starts. Initially, ACG will provide you with an official acceptance letter, certified by the Greek Ministry of Education, after your deposit has been processed. The methods for making a deposit vary based on your enrollment type, and detailed instructions will be provided in your acceptance email. Once your deposit is confirmed, our International Student Services Department in Greece will courier the certified acceptance letter to you. Throughout the visa application process, ACG officers will offer guidance, but obtaining the visa in time for your arrival in Greece is your responsibility.

A student visa is a requirement for study in Greece and for enrollment at The American College of Greece. In the case of you staying in Greece for longer than the duration of your visa, ACG will assist you in obtaining your residence permit.
