Non-EU citizens or residents planning to study at ACG must obtain a student visa prior to arrival in Greece for either the fall or spring semester. ACG will assist with the visa application process, but securing the visa is the student's responsibility. The process should begin 10-12 weeks before the semester starts. Initially, students must secure an official acceptance letter, certified by the Greek Ministry of Education, which is issued after the student's deposit has been processed. Deposit methods vary by enrollment classification, with specific payment instructions provided in the acceptance email. Once the deposit is settled, ACG's International Student Services Department will courier the acceptance letter to the student to facilitate the visa application.

A student visa is a requirement for study in Greece and for enrollment at The American College of Greece. In the case of you staying in Greece for longer than the duration of your visa, ACG will assist you in obtaining your residence permit.
