Apostolos Fillipos Pappas and Paraskevi Tsapara

Apostolos’ desire for an American educational system was fulfilled by his choosing Deree as the place to pursue his academic dreams. Thirsty for more, in parallel to his undergraduate studies, Apostolos seized many opportunities available, such as studying abroad and working on campus through the work study program! To Paraskevi, a Psychology student, Deree means a lot more than just academia: it’s the practical experience, the leadership and social skills she has gained from her helping others as a student assistant; it’s the active participation in student life, and the lasting, overseas friendships she has made from her Study Abroad semester!
